This STD bore-up kit is ideal for tuning engines such as 88cc. It strengthens the standard single-plate design to three plates, eliminating clutch slippage and ensuring smooth clutch engagement.
The clutch unit itself has a maximum load capacity of 10 horsepower and a maximum engine speed of 12,000 rpm. Vehicles exceeding these limits require the Ultra Clutch Kit

Installing the Manual Clutch Kit on a centrifugal clutch vehicle also requires a clutch lever and cable set, so compatibility is limited.
The primary reduction ratio is higher than the standard (excluding Monkey centrifugal clutch vehicles). Lowering the front sprocket by two teeth or raising the rear sprocket by four teeth will achieve a feel closer to the standard.

This is a reinforced clutch kit for manual clutch vehicles.
The standard clutch lever COMP may result in poor clutch disengagement due to insufficient stroke. In this case, replace it with our optional clutch lever COMP.
