This standard bore-up kit is ideal for tuning engines such as 88cc. It increases the strength from the standard single-plate design to three plates, eliminating clutch slippage and ensuring smooth clutch engagement.

The clutch unit itself must have a maximum torque of 10hp and a maximum allowable speed of 12,000 rpm. Vehicles exceeding these limits require the installation of the Ultra Clutch Kit.
●About the Manual Clutch Kit

 
This kit converts the automatic centrifugal clutch used in older Monkeys and other models to a manual clutch and strengthens it.
Installing the Manual Clutch Kit on a centrifugal clutch vehicle also requires a clutch lever and cable set, so compatibility is limited.

 

The primary reduction ratio is higher than the standard (excluding Monkey centrifugal clutch vehicles).

 

Lowering the front sprocket by two teeth or raising the rear sprocket by four teeth will achieve a closer feel to the standard.

* L-lever and cable set required for installation.
* The brake pedal return spring may interfere with the crankcase cover on models such as the Dax. In this case, modification such as changing the mounting position of the return spring is required. (Modification of the case cover itself is strictly prohibited.)
