*About Display Temperature
・The stock temperature sensor used in this product is installed in the passage where the oil heated in the cylinder head returns to the crankcase.
・It is characterized by its quick response to changes in the temperature of the oil flowing from the cylinder head, but the temperature is higher than that of the drain bolt type temperature sensor, and the range of fluctuation due to driving conditions is wide.
*Not applicable to '21 Monkey 125 (JB03), '21 Grom (JC92).
*The image may contain other colors and products.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
Features a high-intensity green LED transmissive display that stands out against the hard black body.
The touch sensor is built in the side for operation.
Includes a convenient 22mm handlebar bracket for mounting to handlebars.
The thermometer kit is designed to read the stock temperature sensor without using an aftermarket temperature sensor (drain bolt, etc.), which may reduce serviceability or cause disconnection.
Includes voltmeter, maximum temperature record, and high temperature warning function (can be set to any temperature) for battery management.
■PnP Thermometer
Compact thermometer series with plug & play (PnP) design that reads the signal from the stock temperature sensor.
■OPM Series
Features a high-intensity green LED transmissive display that stands out against the hard black body.
The touch sensor is built in the side for operation.

Part Number: From M1013, M1014SV, and M1014BK, in addition to the OBD-compliant values of the previous models, "correction data that displays temperatures closer to reality: P1" and "Conversion data produced by mixing multiple measurements: Two types of "P2" have been added.
You can switch between them as you like.
[Reference] Temperature around 20 degrees Celsius, stock engine, flat paved road, temperature program: P1
・Monkey 125: 110-115 degrees when driving, 120-125 degrees when stopped (exceeding 145 degrees when riding continuously on a steep uphill)
・CT125: 125-130 degrees when driving, 135-140 degrees when stopped (exceeding 155 degrees when driving continuously on a steep uphill)
During idling, when the vehicle is not exposed to the wind and the amount of oil circulating is reduced, or when driving at high rpm and low speed on a steep uphill, the stock temperature sensor value will immediately start to rise due to the amount of heat generated and cooling power.
Stopped is the value when the vehicle is waiting at a traffic light for a few minutes, and it increases the longer the vehicle is stopped.
The average engine temperature of the CT125 is approx. 15 degrees higher than that of the Monkey 125 at high temperatures due to the fact that the CT125 has approx. 20% less total oil volume and the frictional heat of the centrifugal clutch.

Since OPMID is not a manufacturer of engine parts, we cannot tell you which oil is safe and at what temperature, but we use the following settings in our continuous test vehicles.
・Monkey 125: Warning at P1 setting is 135 degrees
・CT125: Warning at P1 setting is 150 degrees
The warning can be a little higher, but this value is a guideline for the range.
