■Uses roller rocker arms with built-in bearings, just like the OEM ones
. Reduces friction with the camshaft, and the roller bearings built into the rocker arms allow the cam profile to be smoothly followed from low to high revolutions.

■Valves
Intake: 21.5mm x 2/Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2 Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.0mm for both intake and exhaust

■Valve springs
Uses an unequal pitch (two-stage pitch) single valve spring to prevent surging at high revolutions. The ports have an optimal port diameter to match the SP Takegawa big throttle body manifold. In addition, simultaneous installation of the SP Takegawa big throttle body manifold allows for smooth intake without resistance from the big throttle body to the combustion chamber, maximizing the performance of the cylinder head. The SP Takegawa original cylinder head shape matches the style of the vehicle and enhances the custom image of the vehicle. In addition, the inspection cover and L. cylinder head side cover are finished with aluminum die-cast barrel polishing. In addition, the oil tower on the R side of the cylinder head is made of machined aluminum with silver anodized finish. Various covers and oil towers with excellent dress-up effects create a beautiful cylinder head.

■M8 spark plugs
With the optimal valve angle and compact head achieved through the four-valve system, M8 spark plugs are now used.

 

 

 Auto decompression camshaft (10/10D)

The camshaft is supported by ball bearings at both ends to reduce frictional resistance of the camshaft journal. Auto decompression mechanism Reduces the force of the kick start and the burden on the transmission when starting the engine, allowing the engine to start smoothly even with a large displacement.

■ Cylinder
Uses an aluminum iron sleeve cylinder. Bore diameter 54mm Stroke 63.1mm (standard) Compression ratio 12.0:1 The cylinder can be fitted with an SP Takegawa M5 temperature sensor, so you can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing a separate thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).

■ Piston
The piston body is precision machined from aluminum casting, making it lightweight yet highly rigid.

 

 

 Notes

*If you install the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kit, you will need to install a Fuel Controller at the same time.

*Since the engine displacement is over 125cc, it cannot be ridden on public roads with a Class 2 moped registration. It is for competition use only.

■ About installing the Super Head 4V+R bore-up kitBy installing the SP Takegawa bore-up kit, engine output and torque will increase significantly, which will increase the strain on the crankshaft, such as twisting and bending. SP Takegawa recommends installing the crankshaft support adapter at the same time to reduce the strain on the crankshaft. The crankshaft support adapter adds support with ball bearings to the end of the crankshaft flywheel side, reducing twisting and bending and increasing the durability of the crankshaft.
